Free safety, security, and accessibility program designed to assist seniors with minor home repairs that can improve their quality of life.

Repairs can include:

  • Doors
  • Grab bar installation
  • Handrail installation
  • Stairs
  • Bathroom/kitchen modifications for accessibility
  • Floor
  • Program Requirements
  • Senior citizen 60 years and older
  • Owners or renters residing in a 1-4 unit building (renters just receive landlord permission for the repairs
